This is a very simple recipe for quick healthy treats.
You will basically need
add cocoa if you like
some fruits of your choice (bananas, pears, peaches, apples)
honey (agave, rice or maple syrup)
1 tbsp Tahini
1 tbsp peanut butter
raisins (or cranberries, blueberries, goji berries)
add small slices of fruits in a bowl with oat and cocoa and squish the mixture with your hands (it works better with ripe fruits)
add the honey, tahini and peanut butter and continue squishing until the mixture is sticky enough to roll small balls with your hands. If it gets too sticky add more oat.
place the little balls on oven paper and bake them until they are hard
they are pretty nutritious so do not eat them all at once! keep them in a bowl and eat one or two per day…
